Free your mind. You will always struggle with anxiety and depression if your mind lives in the emotional pain of the past, and it also lives in future...fearful of what is to come and what may be. Change the way you look at people, things and events. Be positive and accept all good opportunities that come your way. Stop complaining and put positive plans into action. Free your mind.

What you said reminds me alot about cognitive therapy. I think it's hrlpful, and what you said makes alot of sense to many of us . . . . . . But i've always thought that before working against something . . . you have to understand it, you can't just label yourself SA . . . . you gotta also investigate why you are that way . . . and for some it's easy and others it's not. Thats why i'm undertaking a psycho analysis in hope to find the causes which actually seems like a lengthy process.
