I know i can speak english fine, but when i talk with someone for the first time or just people in general. I talk like im just learn englsih for the first time. I think because im forcing myself too much trying to pronounce each word perfectly. I tend to mumble my english also, so i try to say it clearly the first time, so i wont be asked to repeat what i say...

Do you guys ever feel like that?

I've been speaking English for 14 years but at times i struggle to speak fluently, and end up sounding like someone who can't speak English properly, and my native accent comes out stronger. This is when I am feeling nervous and on the spot.

Even though English is my first language (I also speak fluent Spanish but I usually think in English) it sometimes sound as if isn't as when I get anxious I can come off as very accentuated or my sentences don't make too much sense. It's one of the things about me that annoy me the most. :?
