For all who has Social Phobia

This is one of the easiest ways to get rid of social phobia. Go to the gym. It's makes your mind stronger and of course your body. This will make you feel better. And listen to motivational songs.
And try to show people what you are really capable of, like your hidden talents. Not all of the people are bad. And don't over think what went wrong, think about what to do next. Don't daydream too much. Every time keep your self busy doing something. Eat well. Sleep well. And train well. Good luck

Really?
Funny you should say that. You should maybe add to your post "for some people with social phobia this may work"

Making a post about it being "easy" to get rid of this is just soul destroying to those of us that have tried everything out there to "fix" this; medication, therapy, CBT, meditation, you name it.

For some of us none of this has worked. So to say that it is "easy" to get rid of social phobia makes those of us who have not been able to, despite trying for years and years, feel like even more of a failure.
It kind of makes us feel like if we have not "fixed" ourselves by now then, it must be our fault. We get told that enough offline, we don't need to be made to feel more of a failure in here.

end rant/

I agree with BlueDays to some extent. But he does have a point about exercise, there's really nothing it won't help you with!

^Hell yes, exercise helps on so many levels.
However, he states in his first line that exercise is "the easiest way to get rid of social phobia". That is what I had an issue with.
If exercise got "rid of" social phobia, many of us would not be here.

Amen brother. I went from 260 flab to 185 lean. Now I couldn't care less about my body because all it did was make me somewhat confident, but I still struggle to be myself. I hear ya, but I kinda think this guy did not mean to imply that this would be easy. And I respect him for taking the time to try and help.
