Let me start by saying I'm amazed that there are others out there like me.Ive been diagnosed with OCD for about 7 years and am currently on 100mg of Zoloft.This normally keeps me on an even keel until an unexpected thing out of my control happens.Currently I may face a layoff in the next few months and even though Im marketable and my wife can sustain us financially until I gain another job Ive spiraled into the heat flashes,lack of sleep and absolutley no food consumption.No matter what i try to block the thoughts they just continually spin in my head of all the bad things that could happen.Any help would be apppreciated due to this is my worst episode Ive ever encountered.
