I'd be interested to hear from people about what books on anxiety/blushing they have read that they have found helpful.
Good book...my english teacher actually walked up to me my sophomore year of high school and told me to read it (idk I guess because I was so shy). It really impacted my view on things during the time.Deff Perks of being a wallflower.
Its not exactly about it, but it is a most powerful book. It really makes you feel.
