Favorite bands

My favorite bands are The Cure, Avenged Sevenfold, Coheed and Cambria, Evanescence, Sonata Arctica, Linkin Park. I have always loved The Beatles and Aerosmith. I've recently gotten into an unsigned band called A Faylene Sky who I've been voting for at battleofthebands.com. Escape the Fate is another newer band that I really like. My 19 year old son loves to turn me on to new music, especially metal, and we go to concerts together. In December he caught the guitar pick that Dragonforce's Herman Li tossed into the mosh pit. There are way too many bands that I like, to mention, lol. ;)

I'm thinking that The Mars Volta is the best band out right now.

Give "Eriatarka" or "Inertiatic ESP" a listen.
Or for their newer stuff, try "Ilyena" or...

Except of my native I speak english, german and spanish.
I understand italian and russian, but couldn´t speak a word, esp. now when I long haven´t used them.
And of course I understand slovakian as we used to have bilingual TV/radio when I was young. But I don´t need to speak it because slovakians understand our language also. So we speak with each other in a different language but we understand perfectly.

talking about music with a complete stranger is the one of only thing that breaks me out of
my shyness/anxiety.especially if we like the same bands its usually one of the first things i would like to know about a person i don't know or would like to know

I never get tired of it myself. The song isn't all that bad and just the idea of the RickRoll is funny in itself.
