What are some good exposure techniques for Social phobics?

Please mention some of the ones you use.

I personally use different ones. When I buy something that costs 50 (currency not important), I hand the guy 40 or 45 and wait for him to ask for more. When paying with some sort of card, I purposely punch in the wrong code and ask to try again. Etc..

These are small things, but its always something.

I want some advice on what to do to trigger anxietyy, so I can practice:)
 
I find that real life provides enough challenges and opportunties for exposure that I don't need to create any. Just going about a normal day: going out for some exercise, saying hello to strangers, getting a job, buying groceries, returning merchandise, going to the library, getting a haircut, speaking up in class/meetings, going to a concert, making eye contact, talking with friends and family, etc.

Maybe there's a Toastmasters branch near you, www.toastmasters.org or maybe taking a class in college could get you out and about.
