Electromagnetic polution in causing OCD.(?)

Accidentally found the video about electromagnetic polution.
In the end of it specified possible effects from it.
Among them anxiety disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder itself.

Actually know from my own measurment (with TriField Metter 100XE) that pc turned on into a not grounded wall outlet emit aboout 1000 V/m everything: mouse, keyboard, LCD. Even when not turned on! (the signal gradually goes down when you goes from PC to 0 V/m when you 2 meters from PC)
With grounded outlet emits 0 v/m. even whet it turned on.

This sounds like one of the reasons why everyone is crazy today. The civilization improves everything until it will destroy everythig including us people. So what improvement it was?

I think most of these conditions are down to abandoning the hunter gatherer nomadic lifestyle.
