Drug combo/ Nardil

Every one says nardil is the best for SA. I am a little hesitant because of the diet restriction. With that being said....I've taken all these SSRI and their only effects are side effects.

Does any know of any drug combination might work just as well or even close

I haven't tried nardil myself, but I guess things said about it are only myths coz users' rating for nardil isn't much higher than SSRIs(maybe due to reformulation in 2003).
I guess following comb. is the best. I'm on a simillar one now:

long term: SSRI(lexapro) + beta blocker(inderal)
when needed: benzo(klonopin)
occasionally: stimulant(adderall)
(important: ask your psychiatrist first)

Don't rely only on meds coz at best you should expect less than 30% improvement from them.
unfortunately I don't know what to do with remaining:).

Nardil is the best drug for me. It does not give me a zombie-like feeling, as the SSRI's do. I take 60mg/day, and it also helps people with depression.

60-75 mg of Nardil with 1-2 mg of clonazepam a day...
