Drionic modification question (Sprawling please a little help)

Hello to everybody, glad that i have found this forum!!

@Sprawling, i know from your older posts that you have modded a Drionic device.

I used this iontophoresis machine few years back but i stopped it because i had results just in some areas of my palms because of the bad design that Drionic have and because at that time i didnt knew that i can mod the device to use an AC/DC adapter or some 9v batteries instead the original batteries, i live in Europe and for me buying batteries from their site was expensive with al the shipment taxes and so on.

Now after i searched the i-net for a little bit i have found a few web sites where people posted tutorials of how to transform and use a 9-12v AC?DC adapter on the Drionic but for me this mod wasnt enough so i searched how i can modify the machine to use normal trays where my whole hand to be in contact with the current.

I have found your posts about this but something is not clear for me.
First when i opened the Drionic i thought that the wires that goes to the electrodes are negative and positive, plus polarity for one electrode and minus for the other one.

Is this right? If yes why you say to attach all 2 wires to one electrode in the custom made tray? They dont short circuit if they are on the same electrode/tray?

Im no electrician and i didnt had to do to much with electricity but i thought that the Drionic was designed with two electrodes for one hand and two separated parts(upper and lower) so that we could not do a short circuit.

Prior to read your posts i thought that from one Drionic tray i will take the + polarity wire and from the other tray i take the - polarity and attach one to my left hand electrode/tray and the other vice versa.

Are you sure that your Drionic is working fine with both wires attached to one electrode? Do you feel electricity in your palms even if you have one palm in a tray or you must have both palms in the trays to feel that the current is going through your body?

Excuse my long post and my wrong English language(is not my mother/native language) but im a little confused about the modding.

Thanks in advance for the help!!

If you were to attach a wire to each of the 2 plates (a wire to each individual plate) and run one wire to a tray and the other wire to tray #2 fill each of the new trays with water place a hand or foot in each one, it will work just fine. Hope that helps you.

Thanks for the reply, but if i attach both of the wires to the new trays will still work? Do you used both Drionic units or just one?
I mean, do you use the left hand Drionic unit for the left new tray and the other unit used for right hand to the right new tray and both wires from the devices attached to one new tray/electrode?
Do you have some pics with your mod? It would greatly help!!

P.S. Whats the DD/WF switch on the side of the drionic units? I dont have the manual anymore and i dont remember for what is that switch.

I have no idea what the DD/WF switch is.

You will use only one of the Drionic units.

attach a wire to the upper plate which will go to a tray for one hand
attach a wire to the lower plate which will go to a different separate tray for one foot.
reverse the polarity at 15 minutes

Two separate trays, one wire to each tray

I'm not sure if I still have pictures of this setup. I found the Drionic to be a little to week on current

I used the Fischer MD-1A for many years before switching to "Ultra G Galvanic Stimulator" which is still cheaper and far better than the Drionic. i used the Drionic for a couple of months. It wasn't till years later that I modified my Drionic to accept trays. I figured it would make a good backup machine in case of an emergency.

I prefer the galvanic device because of the pulsed current. It's basically painless.

I see, no need for the pics now, i got the idea. Yes the Drionic in this setup will be kind of week but i want to modify it to use both units.

I will connect the two upper wires from the units together, this wires will be attached to one tray and the lower wires to the other tray. I will use one 9v batteries or a 9v-12v ac/dc adapter for each unit.

If the mod will be of any good i will post some pictures. Thanks for the tips!!
