I used to drink a fair amount to kill my anxiety only in social situations and I felt fine as I felt more comfortable in my surroundings. As the past months went by, I noticed I started getting more and more depressed from drinking so I cut down by a reasonable margin.
Now I don't drink anymore as it made me feel so sh*t (mentally/physically), I got massive headaches and I become very tired too, all this from having one or two beers.
The thing is, I don't understand from having so many drinks before I felt fine (apart form hangovers) and now from one drink, it feels like I've had 10 beers.
Has this happened to anyone or anything similar? I find it very strange and want to know why I can't take my alcohol as well - which is good I might add
