I was holding a small snake. An adder... There was someone with me. No face- i cant remember one anyway, but i think it was a guy.
All of a sudden it disappears under my skin, as if there was a tiny hole there. I remember i was standing on a railway platform. Waiting for a train i think.. or maybe i'd just gotten off one. I realised this snake could grow real big real fast and the thought of it wrapping around my intestines or heart scared the crap outta me!
I just remember a strong feeling of fear...
I know snakes are known for shedding skin, but going under MY skin?!! Anyone know the possible meaning of this dream?

I've heard something similar in an anime... It involves a Snake, the Sea, An Apple and all is related to some sexual joke.

Dream interpretations should mostly be done by the person himself/herself... Or someone who is really very wise.

But if you ask me, I think that it's either that you have eaten too much or have some physical discomfort while sleeping... Or it's a symbol of a nameless/faceless anxiety.

I don't think there is a meaning to that dream. I had a dream like last week of a Giant Scorpion breaking into my house and trying to kill me, if there is a message to that dream I would like to know what it is.

Yeh people say its a sexual thing.
Doubt thats the case with me though..
Unless its fear of it!

Could be a memory that i cant get away from, or maybe somethin from the present. I dunnoooo.....

Raider, any chance you feel as if there's something you want to fight or avoid but know you'll struggle?

I don't think so, but I wouldn't worry about it. You'll probably dream tonight about something good. I just don't think a giant scorpion trying to eat me and my family means anything. Probably means I watched a scary movie or something and if it's how I die then wow, I won't see that coming lol.

LOL I know right? and no offense but I really wouldn't listen to somebody who told you this dream of yours has a meaning, it's just people trying to scare you of talkign about something they have no idea about and if you listen you'll just scare yourself and no I've never seen that movie or heard of it, is it good?

dreams are really scarey sometimes, ive never had one about snakes (call me old fashioned!)
but
ive had dreams about green worms, although im convinced its true cause i remenber all the details! my dad reckons im off my head, but i swear i remember the wee indonesion man with his domino box full of green worms that he had dyed that colour for the museum! FOR REAL! :D

I believe dreams have meanings- i havent been given reason to doubt that...

FOR REAL... You have really vivid dreams like myself. Id one that i was a vampire. Creepy thing was i could taste the blood...

I had a dream I found like 1 million dollars in a paper bag and my brother took and said "what are you gonna do about it" lol. that one seemed real becuase I went into my room in that dream and went to sleep and woke up in the same place and when I woke up I was sure it happened, I went to my brothers room and told him about my dream, he laughed......who knows, maybe it was real....bastard

Blood tastes like metal or somethin'... iron... well at least my friends did in the dream anyway...

I heard Freud is an expert on the interpretation of dreams, of course the validity of those interpretations seems to be up in the air thanks to his less than proven psychoanalytic view of personality.

P.S. Don't be surprised if your dream according to Freud has sexual connotations.

P.P.S. Be glad you only have mildly venomous adders in Europe, here in America we got all sorts of extremely poisonous snakes.

I'm more inclined to go with Jung's interpretations. Theres evidence in both of their theories though... Are those snakes near you?!!
