For some reason I've got it in my mind that I have to download one more movie from 2009 and watch it. If I get some sick thought in my mind while watching a movie, I feel like I have to download another. But I always have sick and disturbing thoughts coming through my mind, so it's a cycle that just keeps repeating itself. How do I get over this notion that I have to download one more movie from 2009? Please help me with this.

Only 2009 ? That's oddly specific.
I'm no angel myself, but it is piracy. The way to break the habit is to divert your mind elsewhere, take up a hobby and focus on that when the thoughts come to you.
I agree that is a very specific obsession....I don't know what to say about that.
