Lately I have been waking up agitated, especially towards my grandmother (whom i live with). Her talking, just makes me want to scream, its just so annoying. I get easily angered by my sister and parents too when they come around, and people i work with. Any idea on how i can control or make this stop? I dont like freaking out at people just because i am annoyed.
