No, I don't think so. That's how most people with SA seem to be. It's more lack of self-esteem, etc. that makes people feel that way.

No I dont think so,not if you think everyone focuses on you for negative reasons.I think being Narcissistic would mean you feel you should have everyones attenion all the time,or you deserve or entitled to it sort of thing.
