Does running/working out affect blushing?

I feel that the more I run, the more it affects my blushing.

When I work out, I sweat easily and blush a lot; the redness stays for a few hours even when I'm done.

Do you think this can perpetuate long-term damage if I do this continually?

I dunno, just something I've noticed.

Don't worry about it. Most people have red faces after they exercise, so you are not really blushing. No long term damage will occur, and keep up your exercise as this will help you as exercise lowers normal heart rate.

I've heard that extended blushing can break blood vessels, or something like that.
So the more I blush, the more damage I do, right?

Blood would have to be running fiercely through your face for something like that to happen.

Anyone will turn red when exercising, no matter how fit they may be. Working out regularly, of course, affects you positively, because it lowers blood pressure, releases endorphins and helps your self-esteem.
