do you read psychological books?what's the help of reading?

dear friends; i ve been to the psychiatrist for 2 years..dr has been giving me drugs and i ve been using them nonstopping..it helped me to feel better..i ve been reading books about sp..could you recommend some books about psychiatry..have you ever read?could you share what you understood about them? i ve been waiting for your answers..thanks..

Feel the fear and do it anyway. Really good book, recommended. Changed some of my thinking which is positive.
