Do you drink caffine?

I love me chocolate and coke a cola. I have heard you can get caffeine free coke but I have never seen it on the shelves in the supermarket here. I have cut back and only have it a couple a times a week as oppose to having it daily. I haven’t tried some things with caffeine in it and I think it's for the better if I can keep it that way.

I seem to be a bit "caffeine intolerant". For that reason (get sore neck/etc), and so that i can get to sleep at night, thoughts aren't too hyper, and mind/feelings aren't "numbed-out" too much, I try to limit myself to 1 teaspoon of coffee per day.
Also much of above is related to sugary foods, so need to watch the cakes & bickies too!

I've never tried coffee.
But other forms of caffine don't go well with me, so I avoid it, especially energy drinks. I was once highly addicted to them.

I feel it counteracts the lethargy I experience throughout the day, mostly due to utter boredom.

I'm trying to quit this morning, from what you said in your 1st post. Got muffins on the fridge. Harsh.

I only want cofski when feeling tired. Cofski is just about making €$£

I can ditch it...
