I used to be a pepsi addict. I could drink 8 of them in a day and often would if not more. Now I almost exclusively drink water (other than a beer every now and then) Never felt a bit of differance emotionally but physically theres a big differance. The processed sugars in pop tax your system, swinging between the highs of a sugar buzz and the lows of an insulin "buzz". I know for a fact you WILL feel better once you give it up, but dont expect it to change your life or make you any more socialble.
Now when I drink sodas they dont even taste good, its like drinking battery acid or something.
