I'm talking about gender here. It's all well and good when people say that both genders should have rights to success (which I agree). What frustrates me is that when it comes down to doing the work, people say "Oh, you're the man, you should do this, or you're the woman, you should do this." I guess I'm just a bit confused as I think it doesn't matter what gender you are, you can do what you want.
