2 mg dose is a placebo dose... I noticed, personally, that even a 10 mg dose was only a little tranqullizing...

But, of course, you may find it quite good...

Nevertheless, please don't take it too often, because it can make an addiction as a benzodiazepine drug...

Cheers. 🙂

I took it for a very brief period. It did help with my social anxiety but you don't want to become dependent on it. I only took it during really stressful times when I needed it. It can be highly addictive. I didn't feel like a zombie as with other medications I have taken, but it did make me sleepy.

Be careful not to rely on medications as quick fixes. Therapy is always the best option.

it works well, but it's highly addictive and I wouldn't recommend taking it. It's is a nightmare to quit once you get hooked..

Good old Valium. Its got such a well known reputation so everyone knows what it is. As someone who has taken it I was left very disappointed. I was given 5mg 3 x day, nothing at all a happened. In my opinion there are better alternatives my favourite being Xanax, while Klonopin is also a good one, Lexotan is crap.

Bottom line is is doesn't turn you into a zombie and it would only be slightly effective for SA/SP
