Diabetes and HH

I've just had a blood test and im awaiting the results.I've been strugling with sweating for about 5 yeras now and facial sweat is by far the worst and hardest to hide.
I think the test will come back and show i have diabetes which at 21 is pretty scary.ive seen small things that say HH and diabetes could be linked ,just wondering if anyone's had any experience or any info on diabetes and HH ?

Yes, diabetes is definitely a possible cause of HH. Hyperthyroidism is another one that is worth getting checked out for that.

And don't be too worried about diabetes. If you do have it, it may not be a severe form of the disease, and may well be treatable - and at least then you would have found a cause of the HH.
