Okay this has been happening to me a LOT lately. I'll get up from my seat to sharpen my pencil or get a piece of paper, and I'll come back and some creep will be in it.
The first time this happened I asked the guy "May I please have my seat back?" He's a jock with such a big ego and he's like a year older than me, so I felt totally intimidated when he smiled arrogantly and said said, "No." I went and found a different seat and was so over welmed, that instead of working on my project, I was trying SO hard to hold back tears entire time. I know, this is so pathetic. I'm almost 16 and stuff like this will make me cry.
The next time this happened, I didn't even bother to ask the girl for my seat. She's really popular, stuck up and is like 2 years older than me. She was sitting at my desk doing her make up, and there I was standing over her waiting for her to notice me but she didn't even acknowledge that I was there. My binder was underneath her purse and my backpack was underneath her (well, MY) chair. I was just so pissed off that I pulled my binder out from under her purse knocking it over and my backpack out from under the chair as roughly as I possibly could, so that the chair would move with her in it. And you know what, she still didn't even look up from what she was doing or even act as though anything was happening around her. So once again, I went off to find another seat and tried very hard not to cry.
That was just a couple of the times, but as I said before, this is begining to happen so often now.
What do you do in this type of situation? We never really went over it at home or at school, cause you know people SHOULD have the decency to not do stuff like this. Who taught them to be so disrespectful? Don't these people feel any guilt? I would love to lamely slap them or something, but you know that is never going to happen, lol.
