I've been there myself, and it's really tough. It is very important though to try and keep yourself occupied despite how difficult it may be. If you isolate yourself and consume yourself with self pity it will only make things worse. When I was in that state I never anyone, not even one friend who could help me take my mind of the things bothering me, so even though it can be a little tough (no motivation) try to be around your friends and do something fun.
