Hi everyone! I'd just like to say that for those who have still yet to find a good treatment for HH, you should definitely try iontophoresis.
I've been using the Idromed 5 GS for the past 6 weeks or so and the results have been very good. I have moderate HH in the hands and feet. I've only been using it for my hands so far. I started doing daily treatments (15 minutes for each polarity) for about 6-7 days then did my maintenance once every week. My hands remained/remains dry for the most part. During really hot times and stressful situations, my hands would get a little moist and maybe even sweat a little. But it's definitely not as strong as before and is a lot more manageable.
It's important to note that the weather is colder this time of year so I assume my dry hands are result of a combination of the iontophoresis and the cold weather. The real test comes in the coming months especially during summer. By then, I expect to do more regular maintenance treatments.
Despite this, I'm very happy so far with the results. For those who haven't tried it yet (especially people with moderate HH), consider it as an option at the very least. I understand that it works for some people and doesn't for some. But if it does work, it seems like a very good treatment for HH.
Happy Holidays!
