I had a big smile on my face when i read this post...as even among fellow HH sufferers, sweating in this area is rarely discussed and it was refreshing for you just to come out and say it
Well, i too have this problem after ETS. The techniques i use are
1. Wear darker colour trousers, eg black or navy blue. Those fashionable jeans which are dark and faded light are great as if you have a damp patch on your trousers nobody can tell.
To get around always wearing dark colours, and to stop people thinking that i wear nothing apart from black/navy, i try to wear lighter coloured trousers in 'controlled situations' eg when its cold and not stressfull and when i am comfortable with where i am going eg my local pub.
2. You can use topical treatments eg odeban etc if you are carefull...but only use it occasionally eg if you have got an job interview coming up etc....just to reduce the amount of sweat.
3. You can buy underwear with 'dry shield' on it (from kleinerts) which reduce the chances of sweat showing through to trousers.
4. Train your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend etc.... My wife knows all about my HH and knows that in most situations i prefer not to sit on the eg black plastic chair as it marks easily with sweat, she will take that chair and allow me to sit on something 'safer' or she is happy sitting at the back of the waiting room where nobody will have direct vision of the chair i have just used.
I hope this helps.....any tips/advise from anybody?
