Hi all,
I joined up here a while ago though never had the guts to post anything, and have since forgotten my login info....
Sooo a bit about me...I am 31 currently and a solo dad. I live in New Zealand. I am hoping to be able to find some support here and get myself back on track. I had treatment for my social phobia earlier this year, but things seem to be getting hard again. Will talk about that more later. Just really wanting to touch base at the mo and say Hi
