Cruise with 1300 passengers!!!!!!!

Hi, am 17 and just discovered I'm not an abnormal, attention-seeking shy person my parents describe me as- we actually haev our own website?! _ THAT IS AWESOME!!!!! (gains self composure)

I'm going on holiday- a cruise to be specific with a total of 1300 passengers... I am gonna die....

The main features of the ship are the dance floors and well yeah am not the dancer who flaunts in the centre of the room and rather in front of my bedroom mirror.

I would love to 'TRY' and meet new people, start a conversation of at least get them to like me. I cannot talk or communicate with the opposite sex- I am female by the way. Have not had a guy friend, boy friend etc.

Please! would lurv tips! Anything really- to feel comfortable ...

I went on a cruise with over 3000 pasengers when I was 14 and when I was 17. At 14 I had SA but not near as bad as I do now and had a blast. I went with a ex-best-friend who was really out going so we met lots of people and since I knew I wouldn't see any of them ever again I was able to let lose and have fun. The one when I was 17 though I only went with family and had worse SA than 14 and didn't have that much fun b/c I was too afraid to meet people.

Just try to convice yourself that it's okay to embarass yourself on a cruise b/c you'll never see these people ever again so just let loose and have fun but it's easier said than done.
