Cognitive Therapy

I have done CBT and it is very good for social phobics. Scared. Is anyone know who Dr.Wilson is? I meet him and he is an expert on phobias.
 
I've done some research and even read a blog about CBT and I can say that Exposure Therapy specialized for Generalized Social Phobia is really an important element in reducing its severity. Right now, I'm mainly focused on "Behavioral Experiments," which is a behavioral test on your automatic thoughts. It has helped me a great deal in reducing my social anxiety!
