Yeah I'm currently on citalopram, which dont seem to be doing much, but I do go out drinking qiet alot so thiat has probably affected the effect.
I've started going to the gym and I started cognative therapy with an introduction last week.

Just wondering whether anybody else on here hastried this?

And whether it worked.

I've tried the Dr Richards audio series and I think that's a form of CBT. Although I've yet to find a miracle cure for SP (surely there must be one out there somewhere!! ), I'm finding CBT quite useful.

CBT involves changing your thought patterns. and after many, many hours, I think it's working for me, albeit, on a small scale (I still get freaked out during major situations).

The key to CBT is to practise and practise and practise.....
