"Certain Dry" added to Iontopheresis water--another experiment

Has anyone ever tried adding "Certain Dry" to the water used for into? I figured I'll give it a try since Ionto has magically stopped working for me or I should say it's working at less than 1/2 as it should be working. These results are with using the Fischer MD-1A unit and the Galvanic unit I'm testing out.

The water I'm using is from my Primary Home(which I bottle and take with me) state which has worked well for over 6 years of treatment. Turns out I will not be returning there till the end of January instead of mid January as previously planned. If treatment works there, I'll be totally mystified.

Today I'll be adding half bottle of "Certain Dry" roll on and 1/2 bottle of "Dry Idea" roll on. Both are in liquid form. I'm combing them both with 1 gallon of water. My treatment requires only using 1/2 gallon. I'll reuse the water after treatment and add more if needed. If this works, it should show results within 3-5 treatments, doing 1 treatment a day.

I'm hoping this works. It sucks :: having my hands and feet consistently sweating again.

Today is the 6th treatment using "Certain Dry" and "Dry Idea" mixed into the water used for ionto. I've been doing ionto treatment for the last 13 days using both the Galvanic Unit and the Fischer Unit each on opposite hands yielding the exact same results.

I've been doing ionto treatment for the past 6.5 years on a regular basis achieving very good results... until it just stopped working. You can read about that on my previous posts.

My body basically has gone berserk with sweating. I've had bad palmer and planter sweating since I was at least 6yo. Some of the the recent sweating problems I attribute to having severe fibromyalgia. I've always been able to overcome treatment problems... except now it's proving a tad bit challenging. What has worked before doesn't now. I have probably tried almost every known solution to achieve successful ionto results.

I did notice today that the sweating did stop and start a little better than previous days. Adding the aluminium based antiperspirants might be working a little. I'm hoping they are getting absorbed into the hands a little better via ionto.

I also have been applying a small amount of Certain Dry directly to my hands each night before bedtime. I'm not giving up...yet. Applying Certain Dry directly works maybe a couple of hours in the morning until the flood gates of sweat are released. I'm sure if you are one of those fortunate people with very mild sweating, Certain Dry would most likely work for you as a stand alone treatment.

I hope it works out for you. It's nice to see someone experimenting with new treatment possibilities to solve this condition. I'm back on my ionto routine of 15 minutes every other day and it's working ok. Well see what happens when I go back to work.

Day 7: skin is starting to dry out on parts of my hands. I believe this experiment is working. Sweat still breaks through. When my hands become dry, you can see where the ionto is at least wanting to work and is obvious that my skin is starting to dry out. Usually just thinking about sweating triggers immediate release. Since adding these aluminium based products to the water, it takes a little more effort for the sweat to start.

Time will tell if this is going to work and continue to progress.

Day 8:
I see an improvement over the previous days treatment. I'm staying drier, and for longer periods. I'm experiencing moments of phantom sweating, which I've not experienced in a long time.

I can safely say that adding "Certain Dry" and "Dry Idea" to the water Is making difference for me. I'm not sure if adding only one of these two products is making the difference, yet they are definitely making a difference.

I have not done my day 8 treatment yet. I expect to reach 90% dryness within the next couple of days, yet who knows... I may or may not. I'll keep posting.

Day 9:
The biggest issue I'm having is the treatment is drying out my hands, yet they still sweat. Sweaty dry hands? My hands still take a little longer to start sweating, and then they can just stop. I've been reusing the water mixture for 9 straight days. Adding CERTAIN DRY and DRY IDEA costs about $10. It would cost way to much money if I didn't reuse the water.

I'm not sure if this mixture will achieve 90% dryness, but it still appears to be an improvement over not adding anything to the water. Friday, I'll be moving back to my home state which is 7 hours away. Once there, I'll start treatment with just the tap water and see what happens. If my hands get worse, I'll know for sure that this current treatment works.

I ordered ODABAN last week and today it arrived. I'll squirt some on my hands before going to sleep and see what happens. ODABAN has 20% aluminium chloride and CERTAIN DRY has 12%. CERTAIN DRY works miracles for under arm sweating. Usually a single application works for several days or longer.

Let us know how the odaban works out. I'm using ionto and glyco and my hands were still sweating today, and I was not even under a stressful situation. This sucks. It makes me want to quit my job and stay home all the time.

ODABAN worked really well today. The 20% aluminium chloride makes a difference on the hands.

I'll use it for a few days and then I'll stop to see if it's the overall combination of everything working or if it's the before bedtime application of ODABAN that adds the finishing touch.

At least I'm experiencing improvement.

Do you have the lotion or the spray? Where's the best place to get it? I looked on their site and it is $18, kind of expensive.

I got the spray. Yup, $18 from their website. It arrived within a week. I thought about the cream... decided on the spray.

I have stopped the CERTAIN DRY, DRY IDEA experiment for now. It definitely was a success compared to not using them. The reason for stopping is that I'm back in my home state using just tap water.

Has or is any one else willing to try this experiment?

I also stopped ODABAN which also helped ME. I may need to start this experimentation again in March when I leave my home state again for 10 weeks.

More ionto info for new people. Above is an experiment that worked when needed. Currently I do not need to add anything to my ionto water.

Another thing I tried, yet not mentioned in this particular post was rubbing my hands prior to treatment with Antihydral which is a stronger version Dehydral. Both are meant for the feet. Prolonged use of this stuff on your hands can make the skin crack.

That's funny that you bring this experiment up! I think its really cool that people are coming up with innovative ways to make a product better or work for different parts of the body. Adding the aluminum chloride into your ionto treatment was really smart. You will be amazed at all of the ideas people come up with trying to control their hyperhidrosis. And went it come down to armpit sweat, Certain Dri is truly the best, I'm talking about I apply it 72 hours later and it's still working!. Please keep me updated if you do start this experiment back up because I'm interested about more details!

The experiment was a success for me. It did help to the results when I was doing it at the time. The key is that I'm only one person and has anyone else replicated my experiment?
