certain dri effectiveness question

Hi, I've been trying out Certain Dri for about a week and a half now, and I've noticed it does work quite a bit (I'm almost certain I have axillary hyperhidrosis, I just haven't been to the doctor yet) as I've been dry at times where I definitely wouldn't have been before, although I'm not 100%. It's been decreasing my sweating but it's not been totally consistent. If I'm sitting in a reasonably comfortable area and not being too active, I tend to be dry now whereas before I'd have "pit stains." Yay! But today it hasn't particularly worked for me at times (I think this is my 10th day of using it) being in hotter rooms or outdoors and I've had a quite noticeable wet circle under my right armpit and a very small one under my left armpit.

I just don't know if I should keep going with Certain Dri, the bottle and paper doesn't have anything about when it should be totally effective and that's understandable as it's probably different for everyone. Does anyone know when you start leveling off with it reducing your wetness? Should I keep going for a few more weeks and see if things get a bit more dry or should I already try to get a prescription for Drysol?
