Can you explain me somehing?

This morning I wrote a message to this forum, called Christmas Sweet Christmas. It takes me a long time to write down because I´m not an English native speaker a not very experted in this forum.
The case is that they erase my message ´cos

1:- It was a message with more than 225 characters. I´ll read mesages here very,very,very,very long.
2.- HTML code is not alowed. What the hell is HTML code?
3.- They say "don´t abuse"

I needed to express something about my feelings. What happens?

Any explanation It´be welcome!

HTML is computer code that makes web sites look a certain way. You can change the colour, size, background and general appearance of anything if you use HTML. You can even post images using it. A lot of web sites don't allow people to use it due to security issues (because it can be used to connect web sites to other web sites etc).
