i need some help. i am looking at iontophoresis machines & would like to know if there are any out there that are under 500 dollars in the US besides the drionic?

Sorry, I have no ideal. Have you tried building one by yourself? It's pretty simple and it works.

no i havent tried it yet, was hoping to find one that was not over 500 before i did that cause i dont really know to much about it, this will be my first time trying the iontophoresis.

the R.A. Fischer company has a thing where you can rent a machine for like $100.00 for 1 month to see if it will work for you then if you want you to buy the machine it's like $700.00 or around then but they'll take half of the rental money and put it towards purchasing a machine... I'm actually getting ready to try this!

Perhaps you should check out a home made iontopheresis machine that can be made for under 40 bucks, to test it out. Drionic machines are costly...check my thread "what do you guys think" for a youtube video on making a home made one.
