Hey Hinder,
I am 34 years old and have struggled with manic/bipolar depression since I was very young, and have not experienced any hair loss. But, I have read many articles and experiences of others, where both men and women can lose patches of hair within a short amount of time due to times of great stress. Depending on the stress and anxiety one is going through, can be a proportional to the hair loss. One case in point that you may or may not remember is when the New York Yankees outfielder Roger Maris was on his way to to passing Babe Ruth's All-Time Home-Run record. The pressure was so intense against him, that his body reacted in such a way as to lose large patches of hair. After he gained the record, his hair began to grow back.
I do understand how tough and "hellish" depression and anxiety is. But, stay strong and fight past this. The chances are very good that any hair loss will grow back, especially if you are young, so don't worry about that. If this continually is happening, then maybe a doctor will know of something that will help.
Take care and stay strong,
David
