Things are so simple for so many people
I can't do the simple. I need a challenge.
What's wearing me down is the Olympics. I spent last summer seeking various jobs with databases - design, collaborating - automating staff and public passes to monitor activity and security. Someone else got the jobs. Probably cos they were married.
Running, jumping, throwing things. I can do that. Swimming, sailing, cycling. I can do those. People get medals, by being the best of the best. Does anyone get paid to do that? Is it just a hobby? Boxing'd be a favourite.
Footballers & F1 drivers earn big bucks to do that? Not fair. They're not part of a business, but get money because their sponsors earn money from the public.
Play snooker and darts? Earn money? That's not right.
Everything goes around. There's just...
