Birth Control for Hyperhydrosis??

I heard that girls with hyperhidrosis often have low levels of estrogen. Also, women experiencing menopause have increased sweating so there might be a connection between the two? Has anyone found that they're sweating decreased by going on birth control?

No difference. Been on the pill for 10 years. Came off for 6 months recently and went back on last month. Sweating exactly the same I'm afraid.

Hi. I'm in exactly same position as Peony. On the pill for 9 years (and may I add, i changed it few times as I was looking for the one that wouldnt make me baloon up) and regardless of the brand - no difference at all in sweating.

Thank you for the replies! I was just wondering if there was a link between estrogen deficiency and hyperhidrosis
