Bipolar + SA

Is there a link between bipolar and social anxiety? I feel like something more is wrong with me other than my SA and bipolar fits the description. I did some research and SA can be a symptom of bipolar.. so does anyone relate?

I've never been to a doctor or something,
but i've done some self-diagnostics and I'm pretty sure I have both.
I didn't know they were related though...
