Best technique or treatment you used to that lowered your SA?

I havn't used any drugs treatments, nor will i ever. But i have used some relaxation techniques on the web, that have help me reduce panic attacks during social situations. First technique i ever used was one created by this guy named Charles Linden, which shows you how you can lower your fear of a panic attack when you are in situation by accepting the the the emotion. By accepting the emotion i mean you just observe the energy as if the were clouds going through or around your body, with out trying to suppress the emotional energy. I applied the technique to my own use kind of different though. like whenever i was walking or in a bus for example, and felt my fearful emotion starting to rise i would first label it like saying what color it would be and the shape of it, then i would tell it can do whatever it wants in my body, almost like welcoming that emotion/energy and accepting it. ;)
