I only use benzo 3 days a month because my doc doens't permit me
to use more.. addiction blabla the only time when I feel normal like I haven't been for 8 years is when I use around 0,75mg -1mg xanax all the tension and anxiety (GAD &SA severe) just falls of my shoulders what a relieve...life must be beautifull for a normal person without the anxiety.
Im gonna to visit pyschiatrist and hopefully try to convince him to give 0,5mg 4x times daily.
I have read a little bit about the tolerance, but from my understanding and research it builds up tolerance to the sedative and anticonvulsant effects, but not to the anxiolytic effect and thats what I need.
Are there here daily users here who still benefit from the benzo after months/years ?
