HELP!!
Ive to go to my doctors next week but they say they want to video me to help students training to be doctors but i already said yes over the phone cus i sorta panicked :x
Now i really dont want to cus i need to talk to him about serious stuff and i want to be referred to a specialist, i can barely get up the nerve to talk to him never mind being videoed!! Any tips??? Pleeeeease!

I'd either call them back and tell them you don't want to be filmed, or tell them to make sure they get your good side! ;)

Good luck.

I've gone through something similar, when these training careers helper people came to our school and everyone had to be interviewed, and videoed whilst doing it. And there was like 3 people watching the video aswell in another room while it was running! 8O I managed to calm the nerves by just blocking out the fact that I was being videoed and that it was just a box in the corner, a solid object I don't have to worry about, and that the people who watch it I will never see again in my life.

If you really don't want to be filmed though I would ring him up again maybe you could say its to confirm the arrangements like the date and then slip in at the end that you really don't want to be videoed, I'm sure he'd understand. Otherwise, you could maybe ask a family member to do it for you.

Just pretend the camera isn't there, and if you are nervous about it, just humor yourself, people can relate to stuff like that. I'm sure even non-SA people would find it damn weird to have a camera in their face while they're at the doctor hahahaha.
