Being the alpha male

Some guys are naturally alpha males. People view me as an alpha male and ive had multiple people tell me that im intimidating, im not sure why cause im the nicest guy, probably a little too nice... But i definitely don't view myself as an alpha male. Can being an alpha male be learned or is it just something that you are born with.

You can definitely learn to mimic the traits of an alpha male until they become a natural part of who you are.

But as a side note I've met people before who've viewed quiet and reserved people as interesting because of the mystery.

I'd say it depends on how you look, ie. body size, what you wear, how you look. I remember in high school there was one guy who was an 'alpha male' but he was one of the nicest guys in the school but looked kinda bad ass.

It just really goes to show that you can't make judgments about people based on their appearance because you're probably wrong. After going to therapy I realize that what I personally like to do is assume that I know who people are, what they like to do, and so on just based on what they portray on the outside. It is really true what people say about not judging a book by its cover. And just because you look like and "Alpha male" doesn't mean that you are one or have to play the part.

It's funny you say that, because I've never been viewed as a mystery either. People always say that girls are attracted to quiet guys because they seem "mysterious". The truth is, I don't dress "cool-ly" enough to be viewed that way. I wear a collared shirt, blue pants, and I have Bill Gates's hairstyle.

I have looked up a definition of alpha male in Google. Natural leader, confident, contentious, demanding, difficult to work with, poor track records with women..... not my type exactly. Although I know there are some people who have charisma and they can be like magnets. But they must not necessarily be leaders, they can be whatever but they are just amazing, you don´t even know why. I guess it´s because they are themselves and not trying to copy anyone.
