being naked with social anxiety

I am a 19yo str8 male and when I am at home alone I am usually naked. I sleep naked do homework naked etc. I jusr love to be naked. I was
thinking about tring to go to a nude beach or a nudist resort what do
you guys think. Would you do it? Do you like being naked at home too?
If I do go to a nudist resort/beach what should I expect? Is it normal
for someone my age to go? I do have social anxiety and I was thinking that think might force me to become more social. I dunno, it was just a thought. What do you guys think?

Its ok to be naked in your own home in privacy but i don't know about beaches

I couldn't handle it, that's for sure. I'm self conscious about who I am on the inside and out. But if you think about it, nakedness is how we entered the world, other animals don't wear clothes, it is natural I suppose.
One of my college art courses is figure drawing and at first it was a little unnerving, these random strangers (not all of them attractive by the way) just stripping down in front of you and striking poses. But after awhile, even Nervous Nellie me got used to it and it's no big deal, just art, just what everyone has under their clothes.

You're over 18, so I'd say go for it if you are comfortable with it... as long as it is actually a nude beach with other nude people! It might be a little awkward if everyone is older than you though, but it can't hurt I suppose. I'm not sure it would help with sa/sp though.

One thing i find many of us Sa people's have is a high level of self-consciousnes, and this often leads us to recognising our physical features more too, and leave us often judgemental of them. Through doin weights, and slowly revealing my body from my torso upwards to girls over web cam , i can manage now too reveal myself more . . .. say wash my car shirtless in my front yard, and walk near the beach shirtless.
