There was a world of technical tests to qualify for a job
Some well concocted by a similar expert on a scale of too hard, and anything too simple was impossible to take seriously.
Nowadays, for reasons beyond my understanding, technical ability, mirroring any job spec and my CV are no longer of interest.
The psychologist wizards & witches of recruitment seem to think of nothing apart form attitude, demeanour... the way you answer the phone.
Today I went through swathes anonymous calls to mobile and landline. My attitude has changed radically. Silence or furious anger towards them seem to be my only options. The frustrations builds when there is an immediate call straight after the last one. It's a tight psychological test.
I should have described that in one short sentence.
Chess. I want to alter my CV to make it clear that I don't speak to people.
1. It always has been true, and the simple reason why I lost every job
2. It is the way to eliminate any chance of employment and make it worse. My eagerness for truth seems not to work. All normal front-facing people use smiles & pleasantries to lie about the truth and achieve their success
3. The statement no. 1 is not true. I do anything, beyond my comfort zone preferences, to act and be lovely to everyone, drawing huge effort from within. :
