Bad depression

I'd advise taking something for it - benzodiazipines like valium or prozac.
Once you're out of bed and on your feet, try and push yourself to have a bite to eat, then if you feel motivated enough go for a walk, get some fresh air. Get out of your house. Your room is a cage. Think about it.

Try exercise. Get on the floor and do 5 pushups. count to 30 then do as many more as you can. Repeat every 30. figure out your limits then set a goal to beat that number tomorrow. enjoy the soreness - it's a feeling. don't think about how to get your life restarted - just know that you will. start with your body and your mind will follow. it's worth a try. good luck.
