Hey everyone, met with my doctor today. I told him everything about my anxiety and panic issues. He confirmed a mixture of GAD/SAD and panic attacks. He said my blood pressure has skyrocketed from the last time I met him. I think he said it was 150 something over 100 something? I told him I got multiple panic attacks before coming in (might explain the higher blood pressure). I was so anxious about the appointment I stayed up all night.
So he upped my Clonidine dosage to 0.1mg twice a day, and told me to come in next week for just a blood pressure reading. He gave me a 2 week trial of Cymbalta 30mg once a day. Also gave me Lorazepam .50mg to take 2 times daily as needed, and 1 before bed time (think this is temporary until Cymbalta kicks in). He said to call him immediately if I feel like I'm going to hurt someone or myself. I have not taken the lorazepam yet, I'm kinda scared to take it now.
So would you guys say it's safe to down all 3 at the same time?
Has Cymbalta or Lorazepam worked for you?
