ashamed or not ashamed??

ive never been ashamed of my panic disorder/ sa or agoraphobia.
when the time calls for it i will tell anyone that i need to.

i have a laugh and joke about it with my friends and try to keep it light.

right at the beginning i hid it from everyone until i realised that you cant do that forever

has anyone found that by being very open has helped??

shame?

Wow bexie didnt realize that you were still on here. Anyway I spent the whole 2008 telling my self that I have nothing to be ashamed of but was unable to go public.

In 2009 I would like to go public. I mean if people bring up my shyness I would like for once to let people know but i dont think it will do any go but at least it will take the weight off of my back. So sick of living in shame of something i had nothing to do with.
