are messages messed up on this forum?

for a few days, everytime i log on i hear this noise that tells me i have a message. when i click on the message link, it tells me there are no new messages. today, when i posted something two windows popped up with messages. i replied to them, went to my messages sent box but it doesnt say that i sent anything out nor does it say that i received any messages. what??

Perhaps you are confusing personal messages and mini messages? You can send someone a mini message by clicking their name in the list on the left side, but these are not visible in your message box.

Btw, perhaps your browser are blocking pop-ups?

And yes, this site has some issues that a developer should have ironed out.

I think your talking about mini message.Check if you have a popup blocker on and like cLavain said there still some problem with the site.Especially the mini message system.I have gotten those message from no one and I have even got a couple mini message that was not even meant for me lol.

i guess they are quick messages. never heard of those before. and yes, my browser does stop pop ups. thanks for the advice
