Hi, I was wondering if anyone living in the Greater Toronto Area finished Dr. Richard's Audio Program titled Overcoming Social Anxiety, or has progressed in the cognitive portion of therapy and is ready to practice some behavioral group exercises in a safe environment (i.e. rented out library or hotel room). Its fine if you feel anxious, I'm probably as anxious as you are. I am thinking of starting up a behavioral group where we can practice going through the behavioral portion of the therapy and work towards slaughtering our anxiety fears in a very gradual and safe way. It's all part of the program. We would just be going through the behavioral exercises of it.
