Anyone know how to reactivate an msn account without a cellphone? I can log into my account but restricted to only to reading and receiving but never replying back to emails or pms. For months I've been trying to figure this out and I even had to create a new msn account but I don't wanna bother adding all my contacts. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks
